The studies in this gallery were prepared for both clients and real estate agents as a way of visualizing the potential improvements on a property.

Our goal was to generate one possible design direction for either a remodel or new construction. In each case we try to enhance the assets of the property, often specific views or yard possibilities, and at the same time "solve" any problems with the current building or development.
