These projects consist of two virtually new buildings, one a single family residence and one a mixed use building with office on the ground floor and a live unit above. They are located in an industrial area and we took our design cues from their context using relatively rough and industrial materials, but in a tailored and considered way. The result is two buildings with exciting design that were at the same time reasonably priced to construct.
